Would I need a license to ride a velomobile?

You should not need a license to ride one, but as anything that is might or should not, you should always check with your local laws.

If a velomobile is like I'm thinking, it's a bicycle right on, at least in Alabama. ;) I've never ridden in one.

Highly unlikely, but it would depend on your local laws and ordinances
