Anyone know where I can get discs for 305 and 406 wheels? For not a bizillion bucks? (CF not needed)
Alternatively, suggestions for how to DIY would be appreciated.

Another option would be to contact this company. They do a good job of building custom wheel covers

Mike101, do they have them for small wheels? I don't think so.

wheel cover critical dimensions:
outer diameter
total dish
constant dish or not
if dish is not contstant, amount of dish at various radii (may be required to clear various parts such as disk brake calipers)(for example, may need to be flat from hub body to J-turn spoke heads, turn to follow spokes, turn again when rim profile is reached, then remain flat to rim profile)

You may need to make your own molds to follow your wheels.

Wheelbuilder uses CH Aero molds which only have the proper dish for both sides of a 700C 130 mm rear wheel with a Mavic Open Pro rim. I think they do the best they can to adapt those to other wheels, but do not carry a hundred different molds for a large variety of wheels.

Interesting! I wonder what the dish is for these. The price is certainly right.
