Also needed to add bolts thru 2 front aluminum mounts on the tool/mold rotisserie, skeeered the flox would not hold. Even gonna improve perimeter of rear bulkhead mold with duratec over micro epoxy. Not a big area but needs to be completed.

Woo Hoo! It has wheels and a seat! It's staring to look like a real vehicle!

Is that body cladding to disguise the body details during testing out on the road, similar to what the car manufacturers use?

Looking great! Does the wiring include brake and turn signal lights? I might be able to give some guidance with that.

Guidance appreciated, its a quest harness.

Warren, the bubble wrap is helping, l sanded a month for the wrap to go on (hate it). Iam just wondering where flex points will be. I haf to build in strengthening ribs and handholds for customer so that will cover that if there is a flex. Innegra will handle flex. Fun now! 71 here today.

Start with a wiring diagram with color codes like the car manuals use. Timing transistors and capacitors activate the flashing. A micro switch at the brake lever for the stop light. Light fixtures for trucks and trailers accept LED bulbs now. See Napa Lighting, Grote, and Dietz catalogs. We would bond aluminum pieces to fiberglass forms for tapping plates. Angle stock and tubing could work too.

Putting in a 4 exciter sound system from parts express.

Hunting a loop camera.

Our son and his family live in Fayetteville. We should get together next trip. Riding the strip mall roads are the most challenging. I'd think carefully about doing Skybo.

My bike rack for the back of the van will hold two uprights but I am game to try most anything, well not quite skydiving;) Our son got married in his uniform, jump boots and all. I met with Greg Coombs of May Street in Southern Pines last year.
