Hi, I am new to recumbent bikes and no nothing about them. I am reading that are great for people with some nerve damage and are easy to cycle. I also saw a video of people walking their dogs with it, so that would help me tremendously too.

I just happened to see a 2017 Adventure Trike the 2017 model and the guy will take $2400 for it and it is only 8 mos old and he paid $4500 for it and is moving to Alaska and can't ride it there for some reason.

Can someone help me with some questions I could ask, or at least let me know if you think this is a good deal, and worth it for a brand new clueless person like me? Or should I wait and find something cheaper for a non-professional rider like myself?

Here is the link, THANKS SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH

Is it an ICE Adventure? I can't tell from the picture. It's down to $1850 now. If it's an ICE Adventure that would be worthwhile.

Pam, based on the craigslist picture, that's not an Ice Adventure, at least, not a 2017 model....the direct steering, laced seat, and rear suspension type don't look like ICE features....

I see -no- manufacturer or model name or emblem anywhere on the trike....I am a little bit suspicious of what this is? Other people more knowledgeable than me may chime in with an identification...

So, I can't help you with ID or advice on whether it's a good deal, but, if you want more info on recumbent trikes, I have written up a short, very basic document, meant for the absolute beginner, which may give you some ideas on what questions to ask, or what to look for....

The link should take you to Google Docs....If you can't access the document, I can send you it to you direct as an attachment..

Hope this helps...
