1. Diamond Spring road north out of the HUB of Morris County.

2. If everyone wants we can add a several mile loop here that is pretty but HILLY! The loop is...LEFT on Farber Hill rd, bear R. on Meriden rd. Right on Lyonsville rd. Right at Splitrock rd. (A left on Split rock will shortly bring one to Split Rock Reservoir, which is really beautiful. The downside is its up a steep hill & then the road turns to dirt for the last half mile. We should probably pass on this) Split Rock road back to Diamond Spring rd, which is now called Rockaway Valley Road.

3. Continue on Rockaway Valley Rd.

4. Left on Powerville Road for several miles. This road changes its name to Kinnelon Rd.

5. Right on Fayson Lakes Rd. Up easy hill, down steep hill by Butler Reservoir. Up steep hill & down short hill to A Taste of Reality on your right, where we can STOP! A Taste of Reality is a little general store/deli where anyone who wants can sample the local canned goods & deli meats. You can also BUY A LOTTERY TICKET HERE!!! If you win you must share it with everyone on the ride!

6. Right on to Boonton Avenue & in a short while you will see the Taylortown & Boonton Reservoirs on your right! Behind the reservoir & up the hill is Pyramid Mountain! On Pyramid Mountain is the mysterious TRIPOD ROCK! Is it an ancient astronomical observatory of some lost New Jersey tribe? Or is it just a Glacial Erratic??? You be the judge.

7. Right on Rockaway Valley road.

8. Left on Powerville Rd. At the stop sign.

9. Right on Old Denville Road. Guess what town you are in?

10. Right on Bush Rd or Right on Pocono Rd. Either road works equally well.

11. Left on Diamond Spring Road... back to the barn.
