2010 HPRA Florida Challenge
Saturday 2/20 and Sunday 2/12 at Brian Piccolo Park

Come one, come all! First HPRA race of the 2010 season in sunny, balmy Florida! Combine a weekend of racing with a vacation, or vice versa! 2 full days of racing to get more bang for your buck. Prizes, displays and the opportunity to meet other bent enthusiasts and see an excellent variety of human powered machines and their engines.

Entry fees:
Sat - $20 per class
Sun - $20 per class
Both days - $30 per class
*Single day/multiple classes - $15 for each additional class
*Both days/multiple classes - $10 for each additional class

Prizes (contingency amt) per class:
The acutal amounts will depend on the amount of participation, but the intended amounts are as follows:

1st - $30 ($20)
2nd - $20 ($15)
3rd - $10 ($10)
Classes: streamliner, superstreet, superstock, stock, trike, women, multi-rider, junior,
(handcycle?)

Rough race class groupings/organizations:
Unfaired - stock (and possible superstock depending on participation numbers)
Faired - streamliner, superstreet, (and possible superstock depending on participation numbers)
Trike - trike, women's, junior and multi (handcycle?)

The days of the velodrome and road track can be switched depending on availability, and in case of rain, the Sat and Sun events and timings will be switched.

08:30 - 15:30
8:30 - 10:00 - registration/inspection/practice
10:00 - 11:30 - 200m sprint - 1.5 hrs
11:30 - 12:30 - Lunch
12:30 - 13:00 - 50 lap - faired
13:00 - 13:30 - 50 lap - stock
13:30 - 14:00 - 20 lap - trike
14:00 - 15:30 - 1k sprints

Road Course timings:
08:30 - 15:45
08:30 - 09:30 - registration/inspection/practice
09:30 - 11:00 - 1 Mile TT
11:00 - 11:30 - 20 min race faired
11:30 - 12:00 - 20 min race stock
12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch
13:00 - 13:30 - 20 min race trike
13:30 - 15:00 - 200M sprint
15:00 - 15:15 - Last Man Out faired
15:15 - 15:30 - Last Man Out stock
15:30 - 15:45 - Last Man Out trike
15:45 - Presentations

Timings will be adjusted as need be and in case of serious time constraints, the last man out races will be combined or dropped.
