  Race Results from previous years

Join us on Rockford's Scenic Pierce Lake for a day of exciting HPB racing.
If you have a human powered boat (HPB), whether it be a hydrofoil, pedal craft, canoe or kayak, and you want to race, join in friendly camaraderie, or just watch some people pedaling madly on boats, make sure you attend this event! This is the longest running such event in the Midwest, and remains the best place to observe the cutting edge of HPB (human powered boat) homebrew design!

This is the 17th year for this event and the 16th year at this location.  In previous years we have had up to 9 boats - help us make this our biggest year yet! Picnic facilities right on the shore!

Events Begin at 11:00 am - (RACERS, get there early to set up....)
Site setup will begin at about 8:30 am. Volunteers/spectators are free – help is always welcomed for setting up the course and buoys, assist with timing, etc. This is an all day event; we’ll fire up the grill and provide the basics. Bring yourself, your boat (if you have one), or your camera (if you don’t).

100 Meter Flying Start
200 Meter Slalom
2K Criterium
