| Steve Delaire's Rotator
team is without doubt the largest team at this event. In 2003 They
fielded 4 different streamliners, the fastest of which is Steve's Big
Gun speedbike, in which Steve went 62 MPH in 2002.
Racing in 2003 were:

- Orin Macquarrie in the highracer Varna clone
- Brian Romano in the Rotator Super 7

- Dean Pederson in the Rotator Coyote
Steve says that about 7 racers will
compete in WHPSC2004 from the Rotator team:
- Frank Geyer and myself will want to run "Big Gun"
